No Returns Accepted
Please note that in certain circumstances of some products the aforementioned table may not prevail i.e. when you product does not qualify as returnable as per our return policy.
It is to be mentioned that the product must be returned in its original packaging with all the parts and complimentary with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed while you are returning it.
It is also to be mentioned that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, BonzoKids shall and will not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product(s) while in conveyance or otherwise.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or an offer are returned, the benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as- Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
If your product(s) has been purchased from our BonzoKids kiosks can only be returned at the stores. No returns of products purchased through the kiosk shall be accepted online through the website.
How does it work?
After the purchase of a product, if you are unsatisfied or discontent with what you have received, it is our duty to guide you with it.
Return is available in case order has been shipped from our warehouse and has been delivered to the customer’s location.
However, it is to be mentioned, our return policy will only be applicable, if the purchased product(s) are faulty or in contract with the item(s) ordered.
To navigate your grievances, raise a ticket for the return of the product(s) by sending an email at our customer care forum, firstname.lastname@example.org .
It is our request to please wait patiently in subsequent of raising your ticket. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours of your expressed objection.
The Customer Care team takes full responsibility of getting in touch with you and verifying the issue.
The verification process may take some time, but once settled upon, our courier partner, will come to your address and pickup up the product(s).
You can check the status of your return request under Manage Returns section. Once the product is received at our facility; we will initiate the refund process.
The entire amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes, will be returned to you in a bank account of your choice within duration of 5 working days. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter are correct. BonzoKids will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient. Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
Once your return request is verified, you can also choose to you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy a new product from our website.
However, if your request stands unverified by our Customer Care, you can surge the matter further to our Escalation Desk for supplementary scrutinization and the proceeding will happen accordingly.
Although our customers can exchange your product(s) with any product of your choice from the nearest BonzoKids Store, provided it’s within a duration 15 days from the purchase of the product. However, this offer stands invalid on the list of non-refundable products mentioned above.
